Sterling Silver Pocket Watch.
This item is in very good working order.
When this watch was first found it was witin the steel case, (also included), this case has protected the watch well, however there are a few minor scratches where someone seems to have used a hatchet to open the case! see photo.
On first testing the watch worked well just losing 1 minute in 24 hours, since it has become more erratic, so I have not run it further.
The case is fully hallmarked A.L.D Birmingham 1928 with Dennison Watch Case Co Ltd, Spicial, with the number 570884, with an "A" under,
The movement is marked, 3 ADJUSTMENTS, 15 JEWELS, SWISS MADE.
The watch measures 5cm diameter.
